I got it like 3 weeks ago, but it crashes in some games, I suspect it has something to do with the heating because it only crashes in the games with better graphics and such.
What should I do? Complain to the store or send it to Microsoft?

it does that because it sucks. try to sell it back to the store and get a ps3.

The Ps2>Xbox.
Also, if you look at a list of Ps3 exlusives compared to the Xbox360 exclusives, there are only like, 3 or 4 good exclusives for the 360, while there are a bunch of good ones for the Ps3. Just because the 360 has more games made for it doesn't make all of them good.
Ps3>360.

you do realize that the phrase 'no games' means it has absolutely zero games, right? well, i think i have 4 PS3 games that i play quite often a good 6 feet from me right now. my friend has 15 and he plays them all. so that proves your point wrong. the 360 may have more games, but according to that logic, Wii>360 because Wii has more games. the number of games doesnt mean anything, its the number of fun games.
also, i would just like to throw this out as a general statement. have you ever talked to anyone with a PS3 that says they are unhappy with it? i bet you if you talked to 100 people, you would find about 1 or 2. now consider how many people are unhappy with their 360. a lot.
