Change ip or use Hotspot Shield.

I'm not sure if this will work, but try to use cheatengine to speed up your browser.

I can't seem to watch videos under proxys. I think it may have something to do with scriptblockers, but even when I turn them off, it can never seem to load the video.

It is caz ur proxy doesn't allow for flash or java. Try Zelune proxy.

SOCKS5 proxies work with flash + java btw

edit: google 6a.nl, it's the best i believe

Check if there is a checkbox saying disable scripts... Uncheck that Very Happy...
