I dont think you can speed up the process of hair... If you want you can
use that hair restoral stuff but I dont know if it will speed it but.. it just
helps the hair to grow.

I don't think watering your had every hour will damage your hair. But you have a chance of getting pneumonia or a flu.

Actually I've grown my hair out several times to huge lengths (think metal) and cut it for charity. Hell I still have 2 foot long hair.

Here:

1. Skip washing your hair sometimes. Natural greases serve as an excellent catalyst for hair growth. If your hair is strong it will survive and grow longer, and grease does just that.

2. Brush your hair everyday throughly. It weeds out the weak hairs so new hairs can grow in its place. Don't go gently but don't go too hard either.

3. Blow dry your hair, It looks nice.

4. When hair starts reaching eye level, your hairs tips is going to start poking you in the eyes. If this becomes too much, find some nice sunglasses to shield your eyes.

5. Girly products are your friends. Get some hair straightening shampoo, anti-frizz and a straightening iron.

And thats it, nice straight badass hair. Enjoy.

EDIT: NO PONY TAILS, if you tie back your hair, your hair line will recede and your forehead will look enormous, you have been warned. (plus it makes you look like a faggot)

I got told once if you want to grow your head faster. Wash your hair more often. However, that will result in Dandruff... so ur choice.

Just let it grow over time. Those hair growing gel thingys don't do too much for the growth of your hair in general, but they encourage the growth of hair in areas without much hair.
