Well, my dad dropped his Iphone like half a meter and now the tophalf of the screen isn't 'touch' sensitive. Are there any sites I could send it to that might fix? Or is there anyway I could fix it my self?
Also, I've tried taking it to a store that sells Iphones and mobiles but they all refuse to fix it because it wasen't purchased at there store. And no I can't go to the place where I bought it.

Doubt it.
And to go to the store where I bought it would take like 8 hours by plane.

Oh crap, well you should probably take it to those places that they only
fix electronics and maybe they'll think of something.
Where do you live?

Warranty is probably already void (physical damage).
Send it back to Apple and see if that works.
You can visit their support page or call customer service.

Any physical appearance of damage on the outside or visible damages on the screen. If no then just lie to them, this is how I got it and they may give you a replacement.

Apple's tactics of getting people to buy their products even if you already have one.
1. Apple Expo starts sometimes after International CES (CES 2009 starts this month).
2. Steve Jobs talks some BS telling how much music they sold, statistics, blah blah blah.
3. Steve builds up hype, introduces new product to crowd, talks about it and then introduces a small feature.
4. The new iPhone nano lets you do "copy and paste" and it's starting price of just $499 for the 8GB model and $699 for the 16GB model!
5. Crowd goes wild, cheers, and can't wait to spend all their life savings for a new Apple product even if it's not needed.
It's the same shit every year. It's streamed on Apple's site after the keynote if your interested on what a fine job Steve does.

Reformat the iphone. Then go register it on apples site and tell them it was working fine for a minute, then this randomly happened.
