He thought we were not home, we weren't but we went somewhere different then he thought. What should I do if I see him around here? Threaten him?

Either call the cops if your scared or you can kill him if he enters into your house, because that is trespassing. So kill him with a rolling pin or a butcher knife or something...

If he's inside your house, you have all rights to use force if necessary. Try not to kill him unless you fear for your life - maybe try to break his knee or something?

If you must pull a knife on his ass, try slashing instead of stabbing, because slashes are less likely to kill. Avoid the neck D:
