This whole tutorial was based from a Windows XP computer with a wireless connection, and sharing it to a computer with Windows Vista, the setup is slightly different, but it works with all setups, XP to XP, Vista to Vista, or Vista to XP, or XP to vista.

Start by getting on the computer with the wireless connection.
Open the computers network connections ("View Network Connections"), and right click the wireless signal and click "Status".
In the Status window, click the Support tab at the top, then press the "Details" button.
From this window, Copy down the "IP Address", "Subnet Mask", and "Default Gateway".
Now, on the computer with the Wireless internet, make sure to enable both connections, Wireless (Should already be on), and LAN connection.
Now right click the wireless connection, and click properties.
Click the "Advanced" tab or "Sharing" tab, and enable "Share this computer's internet connection"
You May have to restart the computer after this.

Now get on the computer with the LAN Connection.
Open the network settings from the Network and Sharing Center.
Right click the LAN connection and click properties.
Left click on the IPv4 Internet Protocol Version 4, then click properties.
Click both "Use the following" button bubbles.
Insert into IP Address: 192.168.2.89 (anything will work here as long as it is not the same IP address as the computer with the Wireless internet connection.)
Insert into Subnet Mask: same as from Wireless computer.
Insert into Gateway: the IP Address from Wireless Computer.
Insert into Preffered DNS server: The DNS Server from the Wireless computer.
Click OK and everything should be ready to go.
