Will it make a difference if i connect the Wireless-G Broadband Router to my Siemens SE567 Gateway?
Will it increase my bandwidth?
Will it even work?

Given the Siemens SE567 (lol, Siemens) is a modem/router, the only real reason to use the router is for the wireless. You won't receive a boost in bandwidth, since it just takes the connection from the modem. (Wow, I made that confusing somehow.)

I heard if you used both wired internet and wireless, you can get a boost in internet speed? Is that true?
