| You cant Clock Your Motherboard, over-clocking decreases your computers life span as well.

Technically, it would be the motherboard's FSB, but whatever.

| Is it a manufacturer (Dell, hp, etc) computer? If not, go into BIOS Setup by pressing the key it tells you at startup prompt. You should find options for a number of CPU and memory entries. I recommend you google to learn what each option does and how to overclock. People have taken lots of time to write guides, you can probably get more out of them than a couple of replies on a slow-moving forum.

Yeah, you can't overclock a computer pre-made, you can only overclock a computer you made yourself online

Not necessarily true, although you can't do it from BIOS. If you know the PLL of your motherboard and have an "overclocking" program that supports it, you can still do it although it's dependent on the OS and software to work.
Also, nTune.

Then I'm pretty sure the options would be in BIOS...

Also the overclocking on AMD SUCKS.
It works but only a little, so you might only get up a few mHz.
@ my intel 2.2gHz im up at 3.2gHz
