I downloaded NFS Undercover the version which it creates some entries to the system so you dont have to install it...

Well today I accidentally deleted that whole folder and emptied the recycle bin

Is there a way to get rid of all the entries made to registry or any processes that might be running? etc?

You might be able to clear the registries with this:
"AML Free Registry Cleaner 4.13"
(google as I cannot post links yet)

As well as running disk cleanup. Other than that, go to control panel and try to uninstall, sometimes there's a chance that it'll be able to clean some of it up. Google to see if there's anything else you need to delete.

If all else fails, download it again, extract or whatever it is that it does, then uninstall it.
