You have everything except for a processor, an arguably important component. It'll perform well...

Speakers: I rarely use my $20 2.1 surround sound speakers, headphones/headsets are dominant for just about everything. Unless you're going to use your computer as a multimedia/home theater PC to share movies with your family, I don't see why you should drop $300 on a sound system.
Ext. HD: Just use your 1TB internal drive.
Keyboard/Mouse: I wouldn't go with a wireless keyboard, a mouse is okay, but it's still best to stick with wired solution ATM.
RAM heatsink: No, you don't need RAM heatsinks, even if they're on sale for $2.50 a piece.
GPU: I'd go with a cheaper model. I personally feel that you don't need a 1GB card, even in GTA IV you can use the -availablevidmem commandline code to use your system RAM to store textures. Not a bad choice though.
Lighting: Your case comes with an LED fan, I don't see why you need more.
Surge Protector: My computer crashed from a power outage, and it's still running fine.
CPU Cooling: Air cooling HSF solutions are still cool! And you'd save over $120.
"LED Message Board": Seriously... I don't even know what to say.
OS: If you're going to buy a 64-bit OS, stick to Business or a cheaper edition, I don't think you're actually going to use all the features included in Ultimate. Vista edition comparisons
Case/PSU: I'll stay neutral on this. The Antec 300 and a Corsair or similar PSU would be reliable solution.
Mouse: Wait... is that another mouse? Yeah...
Case Fans: I think your case already comes with fans, correct me if I read it wrong.
Monitor: It's good, I personally prefer Samsung though.
RAM: Last time I checked, Fry's Electronics had 4GB of DDR3 for around $100. I'm not sure about how reputable OCZ is, but if they're producing DDR3 RAM, then they probably are.
Sound card: Expensive dedicated sound cards are geared towards audiophiles, although games will probably benefit from them.
Motherboard: ATi and SLi: I would avoid putting those two together. With a budget upwards of $2000, I'm sure you have room to use another board.

cpu is in the mb, and i know i have 2 mouses... the memory cooer just makes the computer cooler any ways... lol

External HDD is useless.
Sound cards are useless. Spend money towards a better graphics card.
Go with 2GB DDR3 (1-DIMM) and when it gets cheaper in a year, go for 5 more sticks for 6x2GB (12GB total).
Get the i7 920. It's the best bang-for-buck.

4870X2 or GTX 280 + 920 and you're all set for hardcore gaming. $500 for the 4870X2 or $350 for the 280, $300 for i7 920, $300 for a LGA 1366 mobo, $70 for DDR3 RAM. Add the PSU and case and it's only $1300. That will max out all 2008 games.

Your not even running a Core i7, why get triple channel ram kit?

Installing the Coolit is truly a PITA. Requires you to hunch over your case a long periods of time.

As for cooling, all you need is a front take in fan. No need for side or rear exhaust fans. Ever heard of positive air pressure?

Get a real mouse.
Upgrade to a 22" or 24" monitor. Would look awesome with the 4870 vid card.
Drop the $300 speakers to a X530 / X540.
I'd also drop the Sound Card but that isn't all to important.

External 2TB HDD: If you really want this much space, get two internal 1TB HDDs, unless you plan on traveling a lot, and even then I don't see any need for more than a 500GB external HDD. Internal SATA HDDs are typically much faster than external USB HDDs.

RAM Fan/Heatsink: Small, cheap and on sale, but reportedly loud. Not really necessary, get them if you want.

Case & PSU: Looks cheap. If you're going to get all those fans, external things, LEDs, etc, get at least a 610W PSU. The PSU powers your whole system, when they die they like to take half of the system with them. One of the most important things to not skimp on.

Mouse: ...Why?

Mobo: 790i chipsets with an ATI video card? That won't go well. Also, it's open box, which usually means it's a refurb, return or was damaged. Get something like this.

Sound card: Don't waste your money, onboard sound is sufficient unless you are an audiophile.

You're forgetting your CPU and some good thermal paste.
