I'm wondering if any of you guys have actually made your startup faster without using those useless apps..

Is there a way, or is it completely hardware and OS based?

Yes, disabling a few startup applications should speed up the boot time once Windows has loaded. Beyond that, you can do driver boot optimizations and trim a few seconds off on top of that.

There should be an option in your bios that allows "Quick boot". Well mine does anyway.

Takes around 10 seconds from power on to login screen.
