Well look at this:
When I extract some files,and I try to open them it says:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).Click OK to terminate the application.
Help Sad

Does Winrar use .Net Framework?
I reckon Window's should always come pre - installed with .Net Framework....

Not sure, but when I didn't install it, I had that error message come up alot.

no, it's a native program.

and no, it doesn't come pre installed, not until Vista... however Windows will download whatever versions it needs as an update.

I reinstalled my comp like 1 week ago and I forgot to install .Net Framework
