a command like
mov [eax+16],42389
uses a pointer with adress stored at the location stored in eax and offset 16 (in hex)

choose what writes to this address and then click more information.
if there is like ...[eax]... then offset is 0, but...
if it's like ...[eax+32]... then iffset is 32.
