How would it work for me then? I didn't connect through localhost.
And I can't port forward, I don't have a router. Just a modem. I'm gonna add the port to my firewall exceptions and see if that works.

its the same
go to 192.168.1.1 there put your user and password
usually its admin 1234
ther eyou can porthfowarth
if you want me to help you there was a web that letted you to breadcast your desktop and had a give control function, I dont remember the name of that web xP

It's not the same, and TeamViewer 3 won't help here.

TeamViewer 3 does exactly what you just described.
And I've already tried Modem access. No go.

there is no 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 in your connection?
you know you have to put 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 in your web browser to access your internet connection options

There's 192.168.2.1, but it doesn't have port options.
