Each day i keep reputting the picture as my avatar and the next day, it is gone. I have read the updated rules and i dont think my avatar is too big but can you tell me?

go to avatars .jurko .net where u ll see a gallery of forum avatars,from here u can choose an avatar and copy and paste the direct link to avatar into ur CEF profile.its very simple instead of working out ur problem

Define your avatar gone.
Is the link not working or is it just removed completly?

I am the only one that can remove avatars (besides yourself and other people on your account) and when I do that, it usually goes accompanied with setting postcount to 0
