Will this specs be able to run Halo 1?

CPU: Intel Celeron M

GPU: Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family.

OS: Vista Basic 32-bit.

Little lag, I watched one, but he runs it at low.

Is that the mac version?
