sry its small, i tried to resize for better viewing but resized too much
i might go for a cheaper case and maybe a diff video card, but anyhow this is what im probably going to go for.
suggestions? i also need a good suggestion for a heatsink fan, i chose a noctua one but not sure if its that great.(don't really care too much about noise but i dont want it to be extremely noisy at the same time, "loud" i dont mind, "annoying" i do)

Looks good still.
If you can find the Powercolor HD 4850 on that site for around the same price, I would go with that. In the way of the case, as long as it has good airflow, you can choose pretty much any. Maybe check TomsHardware for some reviews on them.

I would:
1 swap the HDD for a western digital
2 get rid of the LED crap
3 use a gigabyte motherboard
4 keep the graphics card
5 keep the PSU
6 get rid of the 1000mhz RAM and get some quality 800mhz with 4-4-4-12 timings
7 get a quad
but what you have chose is ok and should still work fine.
