If I've JailBroken it and installed cydia and shit?
cause It stopped working.

No. And they check if it's jailbroken if you try and return it.

Yes, when I connect it, it stays at the boot screen, and it doesn't appear.
I am desperately trying to Restore it... but how am I suppose to if it doesn't even appear..

he got head phones and took the ear things off and put those ends into the wall thing and the ipod broke and he got a new one.
