and why didn't it come with Vista?

wait, is it a new OS? WTF.
doesn't it come with the OS's like XP and Vista?

There's no Windows 7, the newest is Windows XP.

vista pretty much screwed its release so lots of ppl / compagnies are skipping it so MS is rushing the release of their new OS which is pretty similar to vista. Hope it'll be a *fixed* vista.
