simply question, lets say i have one program that has been infected by virus.. but I didn't open it yet.. So can it harm our computer?

will it harm our computer even though we never open it?

it's safe if you never open it.
Unless you move it to the startup folder in your startup menu, then yes, it can cause problems on next startup. But let's say you're not that stupid so you're fine

its safe until you open it and if you want to go to a warez site and download est so you can scan things to check if thy have viruses in them
