This WILL NOT be based off of the same script like every other torrent out nowadays!
It will be hand crafted and not copied off of a code that has not been updated since 2005.

Torrents are files, when opened with a torrent client, initiate a download of a file (delegated by the torrent file itself) from multiple computers (stated as "seeders", but also "leechers" who download from you, but also upload).
A torrent tracker is a website to keep track of said torrent.
