Guise, say something liek:

Judging by waxxup's application, he obviously has a lot of enemies in Random Spam. Because of this, he will most likely be biased towards the regular posters of Random Spam, and that will definitely affect him if he ever becomes a moderator. Waxxup wants to be a moderator so he could get revenge on the RSers who de-repped him; as proof, he referred to them as "idiots" and "RSfags". Waxxup only wants to be a moderator for the power, and not for the actual goodwill of the forum. Nothing good comes as a result of that.

Given the above statements, I do not support waxxup as a moderator. I sincerely hope you all think it over before nominating such a person for something as important as a mod position.
