How do you set up the sheet on the processor to the point where you can divide the paper into 3 sections like a trifold? i need to do this ofr a project thats due soon so please respond ASAP

Simplest way is to make the page layout landscape and make three columns..
Why would you post something urgent here? It's not the busiest forum...

Yes you mean publisher.
Microsoft publisher comes in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Go Start>All Programs> Microsoft Office> Microsoft Publisher
and go through all the default templates.
There is heaps, also you cans search online for templates...
