I'm going back on body building and I'm preparing myself for the Army. I was wondering how you move your chest muscle up and down. Those man boobs. I just want to learn how to do that.

When you first learn em, how you did it? Like when I first learned how to move my left ear I had to concentrate all of my muscle to move it. When I flex it just tightens it. =(

You have to use the muscles in your hips not the muscles by your
armpits. That's later.

does lifting weights stunt growth? ive been weight lifting for 2 days and my muscles got a lot bigger

Just becareful not to lift too much and start lifting at age 17 or 18 when your body is almost finished growing.

Take a sport that'll help you get in shape also if your not in shape.

Take Muay Thai Kick Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo or Wrestling.

Or! Lift weights, get dumbells and go up, twist inward (so the ends towards your feet clink) and that helps your chest muscle, which helps do titty bounces.
