| OK Guys i figured out how to solve my problem from The Sims 2 but i cant Seem to delete/extract the file from the disc to my desktop can u guys help me?

You can't delete files from a CD unless it's an RW CD. Which I'm guessing is not in your case.
If you've tried to just copy that one file from the CD and it doesn't work, then the CD is scratched too badly in the area where that file is and you'll just have to either download it from somewhere or get a new CD. =/

| no i meant is there any way to edit/delete a compressed files from the disc. and i already got the key for the sims 2

| If you want to edit furnitures etc, you should download a 3rd party tool, i doubt it works doing it directly to the CD.

| No guys i mean, i cant install the sims because of some corrupted files so im gunna replace the corrupted files by downloading new ones but i cant seem to edit/delete the corrupted files

all i need is how to edit/replace the files inside the disc

The disc you are talking about is a CD right?
If that's the case, you can't simply delete/edit files on it.
You will have to burn a new disc, so you should rather download a torrent
and burn the image(s) to disc(s).

but ontopic: you have to use RW CD?
or you could try to find the exact Sims 2 link in Run at C:/Programfiles but
I dont know if it will work.

Download a torrent (I assume you have bought the game...)
And when you open it in a bittorrent client just select disc1 to be downloaded.
You don't need to download disc2.
