Im upgrading my GPU to a 4850 so what is a good PSU to buy for it?

My PC is a dell xps and its pretty small, so will this be a problem with inserting a new PSU? the current one is 375 Watts.

EDIT: if worst comes to the worst can i just put my dell intel x38 Mobo and the rest of the components into this:

PSUs are a standard size, don't worry about whether it fits, any well branded 500w+ should be fine.

Not always.

And 375w is questionable. I think it would run but it would stress the PSU, I would recommend a 450ish.

I think its ok. Dell measure the PSU a different way and the one i have is said to be as good as a 500-600 one
