Had a few spare minutes on my hand so this is what I did:

What is basically does is it makes a folder in the directory where the .bat file is. You put your stuff you want to lock up into the folder then click the .bat file again. Voila, the files are now untouchable (well to my knowledge only).
To regain access to the files just click the .bat file and enter the password. (To change the password, just edit the part where it says "TYPE YOUR PASSWORD HERE".)
Some good things about this is that you won't need to download specific programs that can do this, and also its really quick and easy to use.
Sorry if there are some bugs, it's my first batch file.
ALSO, if someone else wrote something like this, soz.

but good job.
also, use a batch to exe converter to make it an exe so people cant just look into the batch file and find the password.

That is really kwl, tnx man.
I would just like to recommend a couple things.
1.Convert to .exe
2.If the main folder is 1GB for example, then you lock folder, it shouldn't still say 1GB, the size should decrease depending on how big the locked files are.
3.Make an option to change password of it is an .exe because if bat, anyone can simple edit it and change password or see the password.

Or you can try to hide it a little more by making the .bat a hidden file? And just unhide it if you need to. IDK. The exe seems a lot easier though. Nifty little thing you made though.

It's not a tutorial, it's providing the batch code.
The code is identical to that provided here (other than some echoes) and he claimed he wrote it.
