Good, not great.
If budget allows, and your PSU/case will let you, think about going for an HD 4850, they aren't too much more (only $50 USD for the Sapphire, has decent reviews), for the most part. I chose this MSI HD4850 with the copper pipe heat spreaders, but that's a little on the expensive side of them.

4850 is a good choise but MSI always have problems with their motherboard and GPU's.
Just take powercolor instead.
