Cheat Engine

for example i have like this items in my Ragnarok account. i have this 1pc of jellopy and goes to my cheat engine find value, change it and when i checked
it in my inventory it was changed to what i want to change it to.
then heres the problem. when i warp myself and check my inventory i noticed that the jellopy was back to 1.

so is there a way to keep it from coming back to 1???

this could really be a good help because a lot of players has this problem..
