I need a program that checks the rarity of uses of files, pictures, programs, applications and such. I need it 'cause of the fact that i have been having junk on my computer and is wondering if my computer have some certain viruses be cause of the junks.

If you think you have a virus than just get an anti-virus or reformat.
If there programs than go to add/remove programs.

Iknowright?
In any case, most programs offer an uninstall shortcut in their Start Menu enteries. 
Even if you didn't know where to remove programs, OP, navigating the Start Menu would have yielded adequate results.
