If you have 550 euros to spend i suggest (If you dont want to build a pc urself) to buy that pc and add a Ati Radeon HD4850 for another 150 euros

No, he can't just buy a Radeon 4850HD and plug it in the PCI-E x16 slot. Get more information about the PSU. A 4850 requires at least 450 watts, so you might get away with it, but it all depends on the PSU.

Does it have a 6-pin PCI-E cable? I'm sure the 9400 GT doesn't need an extra power cable, so the PSU might not have it. Check the PSU before buying.

Thats true but the HD4850 comes with an PCI-e - some other cable adapter (Well mine came with one)
And yes, you do have to check the size of the case and the psu
The HD4850 is huge so youll need a pretty big case
