Friend needs it and doesn't use CEF, From tigerdirect.ca or factorydirect.ca please,

It needs to have a 19 inch widescreen(or regular, just not CRT), keyboard, and a mouse.

lol okey, ye I fix one for you.

Screen (im not so good at this but this should be ok):
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3529013&CatId=170

I suggest to buy a 22", but if you want a 19", there is one.

Mouse+Keyboard:
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1543169&CatId=1482

This leaves us 705$ to buy the computer with.
Now you didn't say what kind of computer you want, but most people here want one for gaming.

CPU:
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3574211&Sku=CP1-DUO-E8400
RAM:
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3228139&Sku=C13-6082
PSU:
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3436149&CatId=106
MOBO:
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3952222&CatId=3790

This is all for: 542$
163$ for a GPU.

I would suggest you to take this:
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4097744&CatId=3670

Tho thats 50$ over budget.

IF you would buy from newegg.ca you would get it cheaper.

350 less than intended. I'm thinking of purchasing.

The most I need to spend on a GPU is 120 bucks, 200 is rediculous, The main priority for this PC isnt gaming, It's more pictures, word processing, And stuff, But some games will be played on it.

I recommend to you the parts of my last build. Second number is rebate.

Chassis: NXZT LEXA Blackline - 105-25
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 8400 - 165
Mobo: Asus P5Q PRO - 115-15
Memory: 2x2GB mushkin DDR2 800, (Can do 5-4-4-12 at stock voltage=1.8V) - 54
GPU: MSI Radeon HD 4850 - 190-30
HDD: Any 7200RPM will do, I went with a Seagate Barracuda (1TB) - 110
PSU: Corsair 750W 120-20
Aftermarket CPU cooler: Thermaltake Big Typhoon - 45

All prices are Newegg.com as of 11/23. Total will run you from $815-905 USD, depending on how you choose to do rebates.
As a monitor, this Asus 22", or this Acer 22". If it's in the budget, why not? They look great (I have both on my 4850).

Sorry about that, ControlAltDelete. Can't read. :P
Here are the prices from TigerDirect.ca (less for shipping with one order).

Chassis: 140
CPU: 200
Mobo: Couldn't find P5Q PRO, but a P45 Asus (100-200) will replace it.
Memory: Couldn't find the 2x2gb mushkin DIMMs, but any will really do. Can probably find them there for ~$50, maybe a little more for better timings
GPU: Radeon HD 4850s will run you a little over 200, didn't realize things were so much more buying from Canada. o-o
HDD: Western Digital 500GB is around 80$. Cheapest 1TB is 130. :/
PSU: OCZ 700W - 125
Aftermarket cooler: Equivalent will run you about $65?

My estimate is $1070 getting better-than-minimum products without a monitor, making my suggestions borderline irrelevant. Tough break for Canadians, I suppose. Economy's not shot and their money's worth more, but things like these still cost more.. :x
