Well,I was browsing the MS forum and saw someone post a link of Kitterz Trainer got ripped off,So I looked to see if someone actually did....And then My computer crashed. 
I restart my computer,I get this Red Circle with a White X through it.....
It says:
"Your computer is infected!
Windows has detected Spyware infection!
It is recomended to use special antispyware tools to prevent data loss. Windows will now download and install the most up-to-date antispyware for you.
Click here to protect your computer from spyware!"
I tried Downloading some things later and I get this Error on Firefox:
"This download have been blocked by your Security Zone Policy"
I'm so confused on whats going on! Anyone care to try and help? 
Edit: I also reported the link and said what happened and now the post isnt there anymore.

Trojan Downloader, What I recommend is booting in Safe Mode and scanning with your Anti-Virus software hope I helped. =]

Its Bravia/Vundu.
The immediate fix is to use SDFix/ComboFix.exe in Safe Mode.
Then use HijackThis to remove any lingering registry shit.
