Overall: Re-design your build from the ground-up. There's only a few parts I would approve of. Most of the parts seem like a total waste of your money.
Yes, I do realize my suggestions are a bit budget-builder biased, but overall, they should give you a better build.
Seriously, $70 on a keyboard? Gees, that costs more than my graphics card does now. The free Dell PS/2 keyboard I'm using right now is very good, it types fast, and there's no "lag" when playing games. The specs that it showcases aren't worth the money. Personally, I wouldn't spend much over $10 on a keyboard in most situations.
I'm not complaining with my Maxtor/Seagate 7200RPM 8MB cache SATA HDDs. I'm content with my system boot-up times and game loading times. At least they're way faster than the 5400RPM IDE drives I stepped up from. Just use the Seagate Barracuda drive you've picked out, or spend a few dollars more for a 640GB version.
I personally approve of the Q9550, although under my needs, a 3GHz Q6600 is good enough, at half the price.
If you're going to invest $2000 on a system, you might as well get a decent CPU cooler, especially with a decent OCing board. The Thermaltake Big Typhoon, Ultra-120, the Tuniq Tower, and a few Scythe coolers are effective solutions aimed towards the enthusiast market.
Corsair is good, but I think a ~600W PSU will handle your current setup and mines nicely.
$20 won't largely affect your build, but it's really up to you. $20 in my computer is the price I set aside for my RAM.
Stick with 800MHz RAM, and look for Corsair or Kingston. You should be able to find them at about $50 for 4GB. You'll probably be able to hit above a 1600MHz FSB on the CPU with that kind of 800MHz RAM.
I'd get a high-end P45-chipset motherboard by Gigabyte or Asus. It should offer similar, if not better performance at a lower price.
The monitor is a bit overkill in my opinion.
I'd stick with a single-GPU solution, but the monitor you're using will probably be able to take advantage of the performance offered by the card. You should probably consult someone else in this case.
MX-2 is good thermal paste.
The Antec 900 is good and effective for the price, although, be a bargain hunter and look for it at $60 before you buy it at Newegg for double.
Edit:
You're just throwing away more money with the mouse pad.
I would recommend a cheaper mouse. Mines is great, but the design of the wireless receiver kind of defeats the purpose of having a wireless mouse, and it really sucks to have to change the batteries while you're in the middle of an intense firefight. So stick with a wired version.
Nearly all the time I'm using the computer, I'm using my headphones, and not my speaker system.
