Ok you know how a computer "understands" 0s and 1s??
Well how dose it "understand" 0s and 1s im fairly sure only a living thing can "understand" things...

Example being.

0x90 (one byte, in hex) is the opcode for no operation.
8 bits make up one byte, so 10010000 makes up 0x90.
