Is it possible to replicate the effect of Cheat Engine's "Speed Hack" in a VB2008 Flash trainer?

For instance in games where "Speed" or "Velocity" is not a variable.

I think he means the speed hack in C.E. that makes the game process memory faster?

you need to detour GetTickCount, timeGetTime, and QueryPerformanceCounter.
