Did u switch voltage?

Was it too dirty? I have had to go out and fix three separate PSUs in the past few weeks. Mostly due to the fact that people never took the time to clean the dirt off of them.

Also, it could be from age, too. I had one freak out on me a year or so ago. I kept it in good condition, but it was nearly five years old when it finally blew. Such a pain in the ass is it?

I was looking at that switch and i flipped it but then my mom called me, so i went to the living room. when i came back i tried plugging in my psu again and then:
OVERLOAD!!!!! BOOOM
