 Posted: Mon Oct 09, 2006 12:59 am Post subject: What am I doing wrong ? (in pictures) |

#1 I start a browser game called club penguin, then I play the minigame "biscuit" I pass level 1.
#2 I started CE and pick IEXPLORER to attach it, then I put value type "double" and write down my score in lvl 1.
#3 After the scan is complete i get only 1 address (wich i found out later doesnt work) so i passed lvl 2 and put my 2nd score and did another scan (#NOTE i clicked next search+exact value) <- I did not get any addresses
what am i doing wrong ?

| Ehm, try scanning on 4 bytes but multiply the value by 8 before you scan.

Don't you need to be using Flash Player 7 or lower to be able to anything with flash games? O.o

im using flash 8 or 9 o.O where do i get flash 7

Okay I'm realy confused. I have bean able to hack: dragon fable, neopets, and tons of other flash games / shockwave games.
But i cannot hack club penguin and robotrage... what am i doing wrong ?

Robotrage is shock wave..I can hack that but i can't hack flash game T_T.Im using flash 8 and flash 9...

| P.S. im using quad xeon processors so i can use only 64 bit OS and for playing flash im using not the real flash player but an emulator maybe thats the reason ?

Gladly. Try googling for a flash decompiler, a flash disassembler, or a flash debugger. You are working with SWF files, not ASM files, which is higher level than what CheatEngine is best suited for. CheatEngine can be helpful still, but not nearly as much as a flash disassembler or flash debugger.

I have no idea how to do that -.-"
EDIT: Btw does anybody know where i can get a good CE for 64 bit windows ? or a flash for 64 bit ? (not emulator)

HOW THE HECK AM I GOING TO MULTIPLY AN ADDRES THAT HAS LETTERS O______________o
#Edit: just noticed i should multiply value... although i should multiply my score ? E.G. my score is 10 but i scan for 80 ? right ?
