Something is wrong with my computer. My regedit and task manager cant be used, it says it is disable by administrator. Then, i downloaded the registry to enable my regedit from somewhere, it also cannot be used, it says it is not a valid win 32 application. Summore, my homepage is always microsoft.com, i always change it, but it still is microsoft.com. Does anybody know what is the cause of this problem and how can i solve this? Thanks.

This permission restriction is due to some spyware having executed on your PC. See this:

And check the anti-spware section. Download, update fully and scan your PC. Remove anything they find. It might also be worth running HiJackThis to create a logfile and then upload that to a specialist analysis site such as castlecops

get into safemode log-in to account called administrator go to control panel then accounts and see if everything is alright from there sometimes operating systems mess up permissions and the only way to change it back is through safemode
