Not at all much, more code managing options and slight compiler changes allowing targeting of the .Net framework versions. The rest is just changes in the IDE.

there's barely anything at all. i had to use 2005 for school, when i had been using 2008 all the time at home, and the only difference i could find was one word that intellisense helps you with anyway. i can't remember what the word is but you won't notice it.
