Hello i would to make a program in C++
but the only tuts i find is to make a file in a .BAT
and i want a real program like in VB

C++ console applications is a REAL program..., or would you say that TitanMs aint a program?
start>run>cmd is a program aswell...
and a .bat file is just a list of commands to run in the CMD...
Learn to code console application, then you can move on and try to code in Visual C++ or Widgets (Im programming console apps and having alot of fun with it...)

You'll have to download a compiler..
Like Visual C++, Borland, ( paid) or Dev c++, GNU(free).
