Yesterday I was arrested at night.
They got a warrent and came while I was in the shower.
They arrested me while I was naked and dragged me on the street naked.
Is that legal?

I got arrested for 12 hours and I bailed out.
I live In New Jersey.
This sucks because I lived on a big street and everyone saw me
naked.
Court Date November 14, 2008.

So there's no rights against them arresting me naked and having me in
the squad car naked and getting clothes only 1 hour after being in jail?

as long as they get you clothes sooner or later its legal.... unless you said get me some clothes and they refused for long time then its a different story

I told them in the car and they said that they'd give me it at jail and
they gave me a cloth. Is a cloth considered as clothes?

| Yep its definitely legal, although they should have at least given you some clothes lol. A warrant allows them to detain you no matter what you are doing,.
