Cheat Engine

i've been trying to figure why my display was so cruddy, so i tried finding out my display info, and i had none. upon that i search around to find out the problem. im missing a driver for Video Controller (VGA Compatible).

now i've looked all over for this but i cannot find it.

my computer is a HP pavilion 740n.

much help needed :S

yes i found no drivers there listed for grapgic/video drivers.

How about you give us your motherboard model number and manufacturer?
CPU-Z's Mainboard tab shows the info we would need, since I'm guessing it's an on-board gfx card.

if you have a video card just download the display drivers for that...
then you will be able to set the right resolution

1) Go here www.lavalys.com

2) Download everest

3) Run it and find out what it reports your graphy card/chipset to be

4) Post that info here (if you can't find anything yourself) and we'll get you a link to some drivers
