I made a trainer for spame. It worked (But only once) it won't work again. Why is this?

It's because you got a DMA address. I think the Cheat Engine tutorial learns you how to break it.

Like moller said, Look up defeating DMA and also look at code shifting. That will be what you find in some games causing this as well.
