Weird. press Ctrl+alt+delete to get out of it. It might even fix it if your lucky. Maybe your computer can't handle the game or it is just good old fashion lag.

try updating your graphics drivers if they're not recent.

nananana try either these 4 things

re-install
update grafix driverz
change ur bit to 16
same but 32
same but 64 lol
