how can i know what is number under thees life/mana bars:
IMAGE which is down(sorry i cant post urls and img's yet)
(i dont mean flash games!)
please help or suggest some other programs help.

I'd go with a unknown initial value scan , and when hit scan for decreased value. (And in some games you might want to search for increased value because they store the amount of damage taken)
after a few hits (or gains) you'll have a small list. And try them all (e.g change the first half and get hit. If no effect, it was in the other half, else continue from there)
