Like, every 5 minutes, (when i click anything on the taskbar) i get this:

Translation:

Windows Explorer doesn't respond

Information can get lost if close or restart the program

-> Restart program
-> Close program
-> Wait till program responds

If i click Close program, Windows Explorer closes and comes back in like 5 seconds, but some things that i moved come back and some windows close.

If i click Wait till program restarts, nothing happens, so i have to click the taskbar again and click close program.

I didn't try clicking Restart program yet..

Can anyone help me?

Does this do it for every program or just one program?
Because if it is just one program it means that program is partially
courupt or has a bug. (Re-Install it.)
if its every program then IDK.

seems your pc is quite capable of vista, if the manufacturer put anything extra on it try disabling all the crap from startup with CCleaner (disable and delete anything that's not important) this could help a lot.

The problem i used to have is over now,
but every time i off and start up my computer, i get the Acer Registration thing..
As if i just bought it and haven't registered it yet...
I tried re-registering but it said that the product was already registered o.O

Also, my Windows Office stuff is acting like i never put in the trial-activation-code (or w/e it is)
The old trial-activation-code didn't work, so i got a new trial-activation-code (by clicking the thing that takes you to a website where you get your trial-activation-code..)
It says it's the right code and installs everything, but when i try to use it nothing has changed...

Try using a virus scan. I had a weird virus that disabled me from using the web. although when i checked the virus definition it said it only effects older models of windows like 98 and 2000 and xp.

Whoa, its not smart to mess around with explorer.exe as that is a critical component of windows. Although it might restart, I wouldn't do it anyway. It sounds like some sort of malware to me. Whether this is a virus/trojan or some spyware, it won't be known until you run some scans. Its such a common error, and could be caused by anything. Malfunctionin startup programs, faulty hardware, a driver etc etc.
