Does anyone know how to remove the warning that keeps popping up at start up when I have user account control disabled?

Is it the red shield in the corner of the screen (windows alert)? If so, double-click on it and on the left-side of the window you get up click on something like "choose how windows alerts me" and choose the last option to disable annoying nags Smile Otherwise, post a little pic.
