I looked it up, it seems that most people have humongous problems with it, and it most of the times ends up corrupting the partition(s)

Download ubuntu
Burn it on a CD with MagicIso
Open terminal
Type:"sudo gparted"
If that doesnt work type:"sudo apt-get install gparted"
And let it install. If you've done that type:"sudo gparted"

I have an Acer computer with a 320GB HDD.
On that Drive there is a 9.38GB Partition called Healthy(EISA Configuration) partition and a Standars C:/ Partition.
The Healthy EISA partition is not accesable via My Computer....
What Partitioning program can delete this locked partition.
With the standard Windows Disk Management you cant delete that partition

I've resized 20 or so boot partitions with it, all successfully.

I've only ever used the build-in Windows partitioner. Right click My Computer, select Manage, then Disk Management. It's worked for me (if you have Vista).

If you have Vista you can use its own partition manager.
Vista's partition manager lets you shrink a partition without having to reformat.

It depends on what you are using it for. If you don't have a basic understanding of what partitions are and what your doing with them, then its best not to touch any such software. The next post will be, "help I fuxed up my windows installation"...
