Any suggestions on one I should buy?

My limit is around 700 bucks.

I want a desktop btw.

Yeah, really depends on what you're going to be running on it like Full Screen Games that require good graphic card RAM etc...like Oblivion or something or if you're just using it for fast internet etc...
